Block Association General Meeting

On Thursday, November 18, 2021, our Association held the first meeting of the new year.

The meeting covered several topics relevant for all residents of our block, including:

1. A breakdown of the completed North Driveway Gate Project.

2. Plans for the South Driveway Gate Project - including: estimated costs; fabrication and installation timeline; and maintenance fees to cover future driveway expenses.

3. A live-launch of the new 139th Street Block Association website.

4. A proposal to add new, appointed members to the Block Association Board. These positions would include a Community OutReach Liaison, and a head of Fund Raising.
