Halloween 2021

Halloween is back! After a year's hiatus because of the pandemic, we could once again open the block to ghosts and goblins to enjoy their trick-or-treating. Thanks to the NY Police Department for their help in securing the street and thanks to everyone who took part in making this an outstanding event for all the big and little kids.
